Privacy notice
Version of 7 October 2026
Who is responsible
Lidia Kretowska, Claridapark 4, 8636 Wald ZH, Switzerland, is responsible for the personal data handled on this site. For any question about your data, write to info@universeblueprint.ch.
What we collect, and why
- Data
- Full name at birth, date, time and place of birth
- Why
- To calculate and show your report
- How long
- Until the report is erased: 24 hours or 30 days after you created it, as you chose on the form
- Data
- The language of the report and the three choices on the form (how the letter Y is counted, how long the report is kept, whose birth data it is)
- Why
- To show the report as you asked
- How long
- Erased with the report
- Data
- A random private link
- Why
- So that you, and only someone who has the link, can open the report
- How long
- Erased with the report
We collect nothing else from the form. You do not need an account, and the free report needs no email address.
Your private link
The report sits behind a random link. There is no search by name or by birth date. Anyone who has the link can open the report, so share it only with people you trust. When the period you chose ends, the report and the birth data are erased and the link stops working.
"Email me this link"
If you type an email address into this optional field, we use it once, to send you the link. We do not store the address and do not use it for anything else. The message is sent through our mail provider, who handles it as any email is handled.
What we do not do
- No advertising and no tracking.
- No cookies. Your choice of light or dark mode is kept in your own browser only.
- No analytics service, and no fonts or scripts loaded from other companies.
- No newsletter list.
- No sale or sharing of your data.
- No automated decisions about you. The report is a text for reflection.
Statistics
We count how many reports are created per day, per language and per report type. These counts hold no name, no birth data and no address, and cannot be traced back to you.
Technical data
To protect the form from misuse, the server counts requests per network address for a few minutes, in memory only; this is not written anywhere. The site keeps no record of who visited which page. Error messages are logged without names or birth data.
Who else handles the data
- Who
- Infomaniak Network SA
- What for
- Runs the server and the database
- Where
- Switzerland
- Who
- Infomaniak Network SA
- What for
- Sends the link when you ask for it
- Where
- Switzerland
Each works on our instructions. Your data is not sent to countries outside Switzerland and the EU.
Paid reports are not offered yet. When they are, this notice will name the payment provider and say which order data is kept for tax records and for how long.
Legal basis
We handle your data because you ask for a report: the handling is needed to deliver what you requested (for visitors in the EU: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Protecting the form from misuse rests on our legitimate interest in a working and safe site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Visitors in Switzerland are covered by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
Data about other people
This site is for people aged 16 or older; the form asks you to confirm this. Enter your own birth data, that of another adult who agreed to it, or, as parent or guardian, that of your child. The form records only which of the three it is. A child's data is handled like any other: used only for the report and erased after the period you chose.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, and object to its handling. The quickest way to erase a report is to let its period end; to erase it sooner, send us its link. Because we keep no account and no email address, we can find a report only by its link.
You can complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the authority of your country.
Changes
We update this notice when the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
